Refund Policy

This policy applies to payments made for the security coordination service and forms an integral part of that service's terms and conditions.

1. No Refund After Submission

  • Once the security coordination request is submitted to the competent authorities, it is considered under execution immediately.
  • Therefore, no paid amounts can be refunded after submission under any circumstances.

2. In Case of Rejection

  • If the request is rejected by the competent authorities, the company may deduct 5% as a non-refundable administrative fee.
  • The remaining amount will be refunded within up to 14 business days, according to the approved financial procedures.
  • The customer is not entitled to demand faster processing of the refund or object to the specified timeline.

3. Failure to Travel

  • If the security approval is issued and the customer does not travel for any reason, the customer is not entitled to any refund.

4. Cancellation by the Customer

  • Any cancellation request made by the customer after the procedures have started does not result in any financial refund.

5. Travel Changes

  • If the travel date or travel data is changed, any resulting fees, penalties, or additional costs are borne entirely by the customer.
  • No refund of any previously paid amounts will result from such changes.

6. Customer Acknowledgment

  • Payment of the amount constitutes explicit and final acceptance of this refund policy without any later objection.
