Terms & Conditions

These terms govern bookings and services arranged by Oday Tourism. Completing a payment or confirming a booking means you accept these terms together with the refund policy.

Bookings & Confirmation

  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of request.
  • A booking is only confirmed after full payment or the agreed deposit is completed.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices provided by the company are official, final, and non-negotiable.
  • Prices in the market may vary depending on the level of service, and the company is committed to delivering quality and service for the listed price.
  • The customer is not entitled to request a price reduction after booking if lower prices are found elsewhere.
  • Prices are made clear before booking, and payment constitutes final acceptance of the price and service.

Accuracy of Information

  • The customer must ensure all entered details, including names, dates, and nationalities, are correct.
  • The company is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect customer information.

Hotel Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in starts from 2:00 PM.
  • Check-out is at 12:00 PM.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Peak Seasons

  • Peak seasons include Eid holidays, New Year, public holidays, and high tourist seasons.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival during peak periods may result in a 100% charge.

Tours & Activities

  • Customers must adhere to scheduled timings.
  • In case of delay or no show, the service is considered fully used and non-refundable.

Force Majeure

  • The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, government decisions, or emergencies.

No Show

  • Failure to attend any booked service will result in no refund.

Third-Party Services

  • Some services, including flight tickets, security coordination, and certain activities, are subject to external providers' policies and may be non-refundable.

Compliance

  • Customers must follow all safety instructions and guidelines.
  • The company is not responsible for damages caused by non-compliance.

Photographers & Sales Representatives

  • Photographers or external sales representatives may be present during trips, and they are not affiliated with Oday Tourism.
  • The company is not responsible for any financial transactions, service quality, or delivery related to them.
  • Any dealings with them are at the customer's own risk.
  • Official company representatives are only those introduced beforehand or wearing official uniforms.

External Transactions

  • Any transactions conducted outside Oday Tourism are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Acceptance of Terms

  • Completing payment, whether online or otherwise, constitutes full and final acceptance of all terms, conditions, and the refund policy.
